Full Building Conversion – Residential Apartments Above Commercial Unit

Hanover Builders delivered a full building conversion project, transforming an existing mixed-use property into two high-quality residential apartments above a busy high-street coffee bar.

The client’s vision was to maximise the potential of the building by converting the original two-bedroom residence into two spacious, self-contained apartments — one for personal use and one as a rental investment.

The project began with a complete strip-out back to brickwork and joists, providing a clean structural base for the new layout. From there, we installed new heating and electrical systems, carefully designed to allow the building to function as two independent living spaces.

Each apartment was thoughtfully designed to offer modern, comfortable living, featuring:
